NOAH MONTGOMERY, MA, LMFTA
About Noah
Noah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with adolescents (ages 12 and up), individuals, and couples. Noah has experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, pornography addiction, problematic behaviors, and relational conflict.
Noah earned his Master’s in Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His approach to therapy is rooted in understanding and collaboration. Many clients come to therapy feeling confused, stuck, or overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, or life decisions. Noah’s goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients feel supported and understood. Together, he helps clients explore their story, build on their strengths, and move toward lasting change.
He draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples work. Noah works collaboratively with each client to tailor a treatment plan that meets their unique needs. He is also able to integrate faith into therapy upon the client’s request.
Aside from his work as a therapist, Noah enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading, and playing video games. He is a native of West Tennessee.
