NOAH MONTGOMERY, MA, LMFTA
About Noah
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with adolescents age 12 and up, individuals, and couples. I enjoy and have experience helping clients who struggle with a variety of things, including depression, anxiety, trauma, pornography addiction, problematic behaviors, and relational conflict.
My approach to therapy is rooted in understanding and collaboration. Many clients come to therapy feeling confused, stuck, or overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, or life decisions. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients feel supported and understood. Together, I help clients explore their story, build on their strengths, and move toward lasting change.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples work. I work collaboratively with each client to tailor a treatment plan that meets their unique needs. I also enjoy being able to integrate faith into therapy upon the client’s request.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Aside from my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, reading, and playing video games. I am a native of West Tennessee.
