ABOUT HALEY

I invite you into the courageous work of being honest and vulnerable about life’s challenges. I offer warmth, deep listening, and clinical knowledge to provide a space and tools to support your healing and growth. Counseling isn’t a space where you need to have it all figured out - it’s a place to show up as you are and work collaboratively to set meaningful goals.

As a clinical intern, I welcome clients of all ages. I work with individuals navigating challenges such as relational issues, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Psychodynamic therapies. In counseling, I create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, understand how past relationships may shape your present, and deepen awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I am pursuing my MA in Christian Counseling - Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and earned my BA in Psychology from Duke University. I live in Durham, NC, with her husband, Dalton, and our dog, Rue. Outside of work, I love trail running, cooking new recipes, sipping coffee with a friend, and cheering on Duke sports.
